  The instructional gives som great counters for single and double legs and rugby passing etc. just by holding on to the opponents thigh. The offensive 2nd part lowers the overall score since some of the moves feels somewhat low percentage.

  I've been slowly adding Wrestling to my BJJ and then saw this instructional. I really like the included drills and that this is meant for BJJ practicioners vs. straight-up wresters. I found many of the techniques very applicable for me and demonstrated/taught in an effective manner. I am really looking forward to adding these to my arsenal!
