  It’s good stuff I’m still learning to apply this stuff and Matheus has solid tips. My way of learning is to study a bit then apply it in training .

  There were some stuff that were worth it and I added to my escapes but for the most part, the information is really basic fundamentals you could find for free online. Would not recommend.

  The instructional is too expensive for the basic information it provides. It is not a bad instructional (I got quite a few new stuff to use) but most of the content is well-known even common sense to the point where there are other better free sources.

• 20/80

  There is an idea that 80% of the result comes from 20% of the effort. I think this video is a good example of the most important stuff you need to know that will work from white belt to black belt. When you start learning bjj there are so many techniques that you are just lost what to do. This course can show you exactly what you need in 90% of the cases.

• Good

  Solid fundamentals for grappling competition. A little too much talking and tangents, which makes it harder to stay focused. If you're a wrestler or mixed martial artist, the escape in Nicolas Renier's instructional as its a little less married to the BJJ meta.

• Basic white belt stuff

  When buying the instructional I thought I would get world class black belt techniques but all I got was a lot of talking and basic escapes that I already knew in order to get my blue belt. The instructional is not bad but it’s not worth 77$.
