Owen's phenomenal judo background and skills come the the fore here, particularly the constant pressure focus and hand fighting domination. Owen has used the skills shown here to dominate the highest level of grappling competitions including Polaris, the Catch Wrestling World Championships and the British National Judo Championships. Don't let Livesey's impressive mesomorphic build fool you. This system is highly useful to grapplers of all shapes, sizes, builds and genders, with a bit of modification.

Focuses alot on standing and maintaining top position, so able to take down opponent without sacrifcing back.

Mostly how to get in position for takedowns and how to pass guard once you're there. Owen is a great teacher and explains everything well.
