Very good details on the loop choke from several different positions. However, I would have liked to see a little more content in the dvd. Maybe, Nicholas doing some of the common defenses that people use when people are in the loop choke against him and then showing his counters to that. Overall good though.
Watch it if you are loop choker

Great to see the details taught by someone who's used the choke consistently at the highest level. Easy to follow but nuanced and detailed enough to see the improvements quickly once using this in training

I think this would be better priced under $100 considering its a shorter instructional. The technique and instruction is top level. Meregali is a great teacher and has thought through all the nuances of the technique.
