Awesome instructional
Best material on north south I've seen to date, very helpful!
Mad Moody and his Methods are out of this world. The man just solved numerous problemos Id been encountering from bendy boiz in the gym. Its time to get up early, pump out some nordics, ingest a nearly lethal amount of caffeine and terrorise some 45yr old yoga Dads that have just learnt how to invert.

Declan Moody is a world class coach and competitor. I jumped at the chance of purchasing this DVD and I don’t regret it. Knowledge filled from start to finish. Amazing work!
Phenomenal instructional and instructor
He provides i depth instruction based on what he actually applies at the worlds highest level of competition. It’s battle tested and easy to understand with his method of teaching. Can’t recommend enough.
