  Ocasio is a phenomenal instructor. The difference between a standard Achilles lock and this Z-lock is the control he teaches before the finish. I’m no longer just hanging out in Ashi Garami; I’m imposing a dominant, inescapable threat. Highly recommended for intermediate to advanced practitioners.

  I never heard of Z-lock before but being a fan of leglocks I gave Junny's instructional a go and I was not disappointed! Covers a myriad of entries and attacks at your disposal. Would highly recommend!!

• Excellent systematic breakdown of a killer submission

  This instructional shows how the Z-lock isn't simply a one-off move but a positional sub-system that can compliment anyone's leg lock game. I appreciate the emphasis on key details of the entries, suggestions for other submissions that build off the Z position, as well as clear instructions on how to handle common counters. I train in a gym full of killers whose skills far outstrip my own, but with Junny's help, I'm regularly catching higher belts with the Z'.

  Junny explains each subtle detail of the z lock offensively and defensively. He does a great job of explaining the position and submission and how they transition to other positions or submissions. Definitely worth picking up to add to your arsenal on offense and understand how to correctly defend it if someone puts you there.
