I really enjoyed this video for a number of reasons. You don’t see a technique demonstrated, and then followed up with a video of the technique being done in a tournament. Now you know the technique really works lol.. The techniques were high level and done by a world champion. One other thing that I like is it had both Gi and NoGi techniques…
