  An awesome insight of a double double champs fighting mindset. I think this instructional is fit for any skill level, it gives attention to all aspects of the standup game. Alex teaches a lot about being ready and reactive and gives in depth teachings on all parts of every technique shown. Even for english speakers this is very easy to follow and worth your money.

  Poatan is one of the greatest strikers of all time, and this is a brief intro to what makes him great. It’s relatively short and easy to follow, and has some nice info about how he sets up his famous left hook and leg kicks. Potential buyers should be aware that it’s obviously in Portuguese, but the closed captioning is generally good and I didn’t feel that this was a detriment to my enjoyment/understanding.
