Great explanation, and I don't speak his language. Subtitles were needed, but the information was top-tier. Made the experience better to understand because I watched and read it.
Great fundamentals
Numerous great applications from almost every conceivable position. It's more of a broad overview than an in depth progression, but each variation is presented in enough detail to apply in training.
The triangle choke is a very powerful submission, but it's difficult to execute from various positions. This lecture will teach you how to effectively enter into a triangle choke from different positions. Let's succeed in submissions more easily.
Was very informational onto the very intricate details on triangles. Defined my game and helped me develop effective triangle attacks.
Learn a bunch of variations and craft moves based on your your favorite entries.
Many ways of setting up triangles
it's good, not sure how I feel about subtitles in a tutorial but nonetheless it has some good details
Truly a masterclass in triangles. This video is very helpful to those who like triangles. I found this video to be very different in its approach to triangles. Good details on set ups that are rarely found in other videos. very glad to have found this.
great submission dvd
great dvd
although subtitled everything is well demonstrated, instructions crystal clear, nothing lost in translation. four stars
nice instructional
Great video, was able to use some of these techniques straight away. It's not in English but the subtitles are mostly accurate and I actually found it to be a positive thing...less distracting than having to focus on the audio.
Learned something new that I didn't see in other videos. Thank you Rodrigo.
Tons of variations on well known concepts, for a great price
awesome video although its not in english its still very detailed instruction
Rodrigo Cavaca’s competition record speaks for itself - he’s got a lot of triangle submissions and you can see why from this great instructional. He’s also a Footlock specialist and I recommend his instructional on that.
R. C. provided a very solid instructional triangle set ups from closed guard, half guard and open guards as well as against over/under pass and escape side control and armbar. Also teansitions from sweeps to triangles are given. He points out really well how to get rid of one arm so continue the set up. Recommend!
This has given me confidence to go for and finish more triangles!
I have been looking for a Triangle focus and this hit everything I was looking to build a foundation on.
I was trash with my triangle attempts, I would try other moves even if a triangle was present. Now, I start with triangle attempts and finish with them and i'm a threat when you enter my closed guard. Thank you Master Cavaca!
Good
This instructional is great. Thank you Rodrigo, Gord and Bernardo for releasing this. So many of these positions at a high level I have never seen before, I can honestly see myself trying these set ups from all positions over time. I wasn't even bothered with the English subtitles and watching it in Portuguese.
