Sensei Yarden Getbi provided a gamechanging manual about executing the uchimata. Her approach of stepping in terms of in which scenerio stepping inside with both or one or even outside with both makes a huge difference to me. Her concepts on focussing on where and when your toes go in context of generally pulling down towards your toes makes the kRead more about review stating Uchimata reloaded!uzushi much more effective! Highly recommend!!

I've used Uchi Mata (an **** one) in BJJ competition for years, even in No Gi. I thought the videos were well made and did a solid job of breaking down different variations and when and how to utilize. Would recommend
