Another great Instructional!
Lots of transitions from upper to lower body and vice versa. Would recommend being comfortable with leg locks to get full value
I love how garry tonon always gets to the point straight. I love his teaching style
Incredible instructional
Awesome. Definitely helping for when I get stuck in a certain position. Instead of forcing/ giving up the position, this video has been extremely helpful with transitions and chaining attacks together!
I have been training for over 13yrs and have seen so many diffrent instructionals in that time. Often they are a technique " du jour" of moves. Not this one! Gary does a great job showing how to tie all together in an effective way. Do yourself a favor and pick this one up!
Excellent video!
You will go through a process of needing to laser focus on some techniques, only to then be faced with completely difference scenarios and being blocked from what you were going for! For me, I have managed to funnel people down paths, but if they have an answer to any of my techniques sometimes I'm confused because I don't know what next, even if technically I should be able to beat the opponent. This DVD will help you surf through the techniques you may well already know and see the rich opportunities to go from one attack to another even if you didn't think you could front headlock someone then leg lock them. Well, you can! This is great as it builds confidence. If you like this DVD you will also probably like Effortless Jiu JItsu by Rich Byrne as they have a similar meta behind them. Always make sure you sharpen the saw of your A game, but I'm sure we've all gone up against a person who just has a really good escape to one of our best attacks.
Mr. Tonon is undoubtedly both a brilliant grappler and a great teacher. All material explained in a systematic, easy to follow way. THe instructional is a great way for all the John Danaher psychofans to combine his basic systems. Definitely worth your time and money!
I have all of Gary's instructionals, haven't been let yet down yet. Great detail and clear instruction
His instructions are full of insights, detailed, easy to understand! Thanks for Fabulous instructions
Really like how understandable and well explained the transitions are. Very well done instructional.
Clear communication about why and how to switch between the different attacking systems taught by Danaher
If you are looking for a non BS approach to linking different systems and navigate attacking the body as a whole ... This is for you. clear and concise instruction. very good stuff
very detailed
Gary breaks down every technique with easy to learn and follow instructions with all the details
Excellent content! Garry puts together combos that work (we tried them live). This is a must have if you want your BJJ to move forward fast. More Garry Tonon please!
took the best from danaher, added its own experience in a not explored area (the connection), or not explored in a so understandable way, and delivered a great product.
It is a groundbreaking and innovative submission video by Garry Tonon. It is any way to switch to another way when a submission is blocked. It is recommended that people who often fail in sub-mission watch. In particular, when there are many submission failures such as Ambar and Triangle, there are ways to switch leg lock.
If you want to increase your flow when rolling and increase your submission percentage this is a great instructional. :call_me_hand:
Great instructional
the transitions that Garry shows are super slick, and will change your game from really struggling to hold on to something into chaining attacks together so that you're using less energy and are far more efficient with your offense. 10/10
One of the best instructional video I’ve seen. It takes all of the concepts and links them together without diving completely into them individually. Also Gary doesn’t over explain things unless it’s necessary. Would definitely recommend to someone who’s looking to focus on attacking and linking moves together through transitions that connect all of the body. Also he’s his hair is amazing. He should also be a teacher of that dank hairstyle.
Mechanics broken down well, making pathways easily understandable
sub chains from every position to keep your opponents defensive and assuming theyre safe.
