Really good videos. Langaker and Mathiesen teach very well, and show modern techniques that work!
This has since become my bread and butter when I play guard! That omoplata detail has been incredible!
Good teach
Nice teachers

Small details make a big difference! It works well! thank you! This video makes me better than before
good DVD
Great collar and sleeve details
T. and E. created a great open guard series which first introduces you to the positions by pointing out the core concept and keyfacts of colar and sleeve and DLR. Then they build up main attacks and follow ups based on given reactions. They start qith sweeps followed by submussion attacks and/or backtakes. Well combined with X Guard.
I frequently attack the omoplata from collar sleeve guard and this one gives great options if your opponent postures up. Highly recommend.
Some good specs about collar&sleeve and dlr. A lot of the stuff was pretty complex for me but definitely useful to learn.
amazing guard techniques that are unorthodox compared to generic jitsu
Fantastic series on the open guard. Littered with tips and details that will make your collar sleeve and de la Riva so much more difficult to pass and offensively dangerous. Personally found Espen Mathiesen segments to be a little better explained, but could person preference! Grab it. It’ll expand your knowledge in the open guard for sure.
Good Collar Sleeve
Great instructional.
After watching them demolish the UK team at Gi Squads comp. I wanted to learn. This instructional has all their major attacks from guard
Incredibly well explained. Fantastic technical breakdowns. Next level open guard game.
