Waterfall Passing System by Maggie Grindatti
Well put together system for passing the guard!
Great System
Maggie has presented a great system, especially for over under passing. Clear and concise, perhaps the best over under passing system I’ve seen.
Very good
Awesome technique
My go-to reference for the over under pass
I keep returning to this instructional whenever I have problems with the over under pass. Maggie explains it super well. Better than I've seen it explained elsewhere.
Well put together passing system
Really good details on over under passing and pinning, with a good system for chaining passes biased on common reactions. 10/10
functional passing
I always enjoyed watching Maggie's matchs as a non full time competitor she could walk in and get top 5 at the highest levels. I picked this up because she has a real life usable passing style that is much more realistic pressure +making contact. Then loose passing that in reality your opponent could just stand up at anytime. Nice style to add for mma and street fight pressure pinning controlling opponent. Ok ramble over
Loved it
Highly technical, zero strength. Perfect for older guys
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Nice System for Older Players
This is a nice passing system for older players, as it doesn't require a lot of athleticism. A lot of the core concepts of her waterfall system are similar to what Danaher talks about in his older grapplers series. There are many details that I really like that are unique from what Danaher teaches. I recommend this DVD as a simplified (but still comprehensive) system that really works for passing. It has details that leverage your body to the maximum benefit.
