Good Instruction - Bad Sound Quality
This has very solid techniques for how to get a dominant position in the tie up but the sound quality is bad and listening becomes a chore of it's own.

A lot of BJJ guys who don't have prior wrestling experience really struggle with setting up takedowns. If you're not comfortable handfighting, this is a must-watch. This is not a "takedown" instructional per se, but if you're struggling to even get to positions where you can attempt a takedown, this is extremely important. Very useful for those struggling to get to get past the beginner level of stand-up.

Zach Tanelli created an unique series in terms of how to stay focussed amd change the zone of focus depending on the progression and reaction of your opponent within the scenerio. Movement based the focus is on coordinating your hands and feet. All given techniques are based on creating angles and off balance. Highly recommend!
