The reviews
Winning Wrestling Transitions by Dan Neff
Excellent series. Some different looks in common positions but his details about the Low Single make the video worth it alone.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Low single leg to belly down pins and potential back takes if modifying
Dan Neff created a great series on the low single leg out of the baseball grip and single wrist grip as well as how to defend the low single and counter attack. His explanations are on point and he always explains why he is doing grips and steps in terms of what to get and what to avoid with it. Highly recommend!
