Best self defense course for women - by women
At first, seeing the two masculine figures on the DVD cover left me perplexed. However, after learning both of them now identify as women, I knew this will be an amazing opportunity to learn women self defense from strong women with amazing background and life stories.

This is hands down the best training on the market. The moves are easy to understand and seem to be very effective if you ever need to use it. In being a female, it is nice to see someone teach techniques that are practical for women of all builds, backgrounds and skill sets. I feel with it being easy to remember, I will be more apt to practice and use if I am ever attacked. I have seen many other training classes and videos that have techniques that are just too flashy, too complicated and just seem plain silly and impractical , so I am very happy to have found this one! I am very excited to purchase the other training videos as well!
