• Solid FH work instructional

  I use this video to review FH attacks and setups for my wrestling HS team. It is a good instructional, although I do wish Logan would have moved around more so we could see their opposite side. Also, gives good techniques for BJJ and setting up into neck attacks from the front headlock position

• Perfect for developing hand fighting skills out of first grip and takedown set ups and finishes out of already set up gips

  Coach Logan Stieber provided a great series of solo and parter drills do develop and elevate your hand fighting skills out of the first contact and gain takedowns when grips are already set up. He points out how to take your opponent down to always stay as safe and close as possible to secure your takedown and safe space. It is really applicable if you have less room to practice and yet effective for the mat! Hichgly recommend!
