Not just for wrestling up
This is overall a very good instructional. I personally found the title to be a little misleading, as this instructional is much more about building an open guard game that incorporates wrestle ups rather than just focusing on them specifically. As someone who plays a lot of single leg X, I found a lot of unexpected useful details that I've had good results with. Would highly recommend if no gi open guard is a big part of your game.
