Coach Justin Ruiz Connects the Dots Between BJJ and Wrestling
Coach Justin's Greco Jiu-Jitsu instructional really helped my standing game--so when I saw this instructional, I knew it was a must. Ruiz does a super job filling in the gaps between the subs and positions we learn in BJJ class with world-class wrestling and grappling tactics.
