  This is pure gold especially for the older grapplers. I use to ignore the whole wristlock concept, but after developing a deeper understanding of them over the years, They have become my go to especially nowadays against the younger more explosive grapplers. Wristlocks are a great weapon to have especially psychologically. What can I say? Wristlock the World Lol
