Great Development
Great series to develop a game around loop chokes. Breaks down the concept and the. Teaches you how to be lethal with it in matches. I bought this series because one of the neighboring schools is a Diego Bispo affiliate which means I get caught in loop chokes hahaha. Love it and have watched the concepts several times and will keep watching.

D. B. Explains the basic finishing mechanics with good detail. Followed by pisitional mechanics. You will get loop chokes out of guard playing, turtle, guard passing as well as from standing and kneeling position. He also shows very well how to use your whole body to get a sharp submission!

I can still remember the first time someone hit a loop choke on me. I looked at him like he was a wizard. This is an in depth look at the choke. I definitely picked up a few new tricks and plenty of details. Excellent work by Diego.

Excellent instructional on the loop chokes. This will have information for anyone ranging from beginner to advanced. I accidently discovered loop chokes back in the early 90's during the "ground fighting" portion of an eclectic self-defense class. I wish instructional videos such as these were around back then.
