Very good information for us older and less athletic guys. A very comprehensive game plan.
Great series regardless of age or skill lvl
For the older player a solid bottom game is essential to deal with younger opponents.
5 stars!

Beware of the old guys!
I'm old. I have issues dealing with younger, faster/more athletic opponents. This video shows you how to slow them down effectively.
Beware of the old guys!
This instructional has been a valuable resource as a 40+ blue belt
The concepts in this video helped my BJJ game tremendously! As a 40+ year old hobbyist, i benefited tremendously from this instructional.
very well explained techniques
Great strategies and great techniques. I’ve been using these techniques to help my bottom half guard game. I still get smashed sometimes, but definitely doing much better than before.
Danaher did it it again general moves for older less athletics
Just what I needed!
Details are amazing
This gives a complete game plan from the bottom. The instructional anticipates common problems and gives answers to issues older grapplers will face. This instructional saves so much time shoring up gaps in my game that would take me a long time to figure out on my own. I particularly enjoyed the guard retention portions that give a unified approach to guard retention without the need for hyper flexibility or being super strong.
Excellent detail and a complete bottom game—very grateful for this product.
Great instruction learning more everyday! Highly recommend for older rollers!
Just what I needed! Thank you Mr. Danaher!
I own more instructionals than everyone.... its almost an addiction of mine. JD full series are great! But if you want the cliff notes on what works for Older athletes in the Gi this is the jam. I'm a blue belt and I was able to hit these moves I thought I knew... with subtle details from JD on blackbelts I roll with. His prescription works. Just buy it unless you already have every one of his guard instructionals already which in that case you could find these techniques there but even still its worth it to have a quicker reference for the more mature players out there to get quick game template.
Absolutely brilliant instructional videos
