Bought this for my daughter and I. Great drills overall.
Nice drills wenn you are injured!
Very good. The app works great, and the content is detailed, short and covers the drills I needed/wanted to use for training. I’m glad the videos are nice and short for something like drill training.
Excelente video para ir mecanizando movimientos y fluir en la lucha.
Helena Crevar’s No-Gi drilling section is sharp, modern, and very aligned with the current leg lock–heavy meta. The drills emphasize fluid transitions, control in scrambles, and maintaining pressure without relying on grips, which makes them especially valuable. She focuses on chaining movements together rather than isolating techniques, helping you build a more instinctive, reaction-based game. It’s practical, fast-paced, and clearly geared toward competition, making it a strong resource for anyone looking to sharpen their No-Gi systems.
Fine explanations and easy to follow. Can only recommend.
Helena shows great and simple exercises to do at home. Can only recommend.
Need a ***** but definitely will help someone’s game, especially new people
This video gives very detailed instruction and will be changing how I teach some of these drills to add new, important details. I definitely recommend if you want to improve your own skills or as an instructor to improve your students’ skills.

Especially for experienced, ie OLD male, grapplers ... not just young women ... she brings out some necessary and fresh takes on fundamental drills.
