Good
I think priit is one of the best instructors out there! Thank you for another great defensive instructional!
Position de défense contre les étranglements arrière qui permet d'attendre le matte en toute sécurité en judo.
really helped my escapes
As I watched the content I noticed my coach does a lot of these trenches, too but he didn't knew Priits stuff. Defending just by posture may come within years and this is the short way to learn it
This instructional opens your eyes to a new position you can use when someone is in back control to stop their offense and ultimately escape. Very interesting and effective
Priit is the best amazing information and product
Awesome stuff by the Estonian defense wizard
great details
Priit changed my game, and his ideas are visible all over the sport.
As always pure goldfro Priit
i love Priit Mihkelson instructionals. one of the best defenses out there.
I bought all of Priit's courses and I've been studying them a while. They all focus around the core principal of keeping the opponent out of the space between your knees and armpits. This course shows that concept from back control and gives a very good defensive perspective.
Professor P. M. teaches you first how to defend the back means to not get submitted - gi and no gi. As a follow up you get taught how to escape from the back. By putting yourself into turtle. He is the guy who really uses the turtle/sitting panda much more as a guard than as a position. This mindset alone elevated my turtle/back defense and escape game tremendous, He shows you concpts led by postures and followed by techniques. On point. Highly recommend!!!
👍 great dvd
great
best instructional on back defense
Great explanation, easy to understand!
I've been working on my defense lately and found Priit's teachings very interesting. I've started putting his instructions to use and have seen great success in defending back takes. I highly recommend this series and am looking forward to learning more from Priit.
Have all of Priits stuff, his defensive bjj makes so much sense.
A good instructional highlighting a singular position which keeps you safe from all early attacks/ further positional advantages when someone gets a hook in whilst trying to take your back. The grip on the leg has been of particular benefit to me whilst rolling
There's a fighter in my gym who is exceptional at escaping the back and winning top position with a very unique method. I was trying unsuccessfully to replicate what he was doing for months, and getting choked most times. Priit is the first person I've found that's actually teaching a similar style of back escape, and since watching the instructional, I am getting choked much less. What I love is that this escape, when successful, leaves you in top position, which is great for MMA. With regular 'shoulders to the mat' back escapes, even some of Danaher's methods, I find that against good people I just get mounted. Priit is applying self-reliance and independence of thought, and it's pushing the back escapes game forward. I am also starting to see elements of this style being used more and more at the high levels of Jiu Jitsu and MMA.
Great concepts for defending the back. What can be more efficient than ideal posture? Nothing. Priit will show you how to use your posture to do the heavy lifting.
My back defence and escapes frustrates everyone i roll with because of this.
