  Useful stuff. Even implementing some of the basics of what Priit shows, like correct head position and staying on live toes, has made my turtle much tougher for my rolling partners to try to break down.

  This is a great comprehensive look at turtle. Keep those pesky upper belts from submitting you and throw them for a loop. This is a great and well laid out watch. Easy to follow and implement to up your game immediately.

• "functional minimalism"

  Really enjoyed this one from a defensive perspective. Priit gives you a basic posture, reinforces it through a bunch of different scenarios, and then adds a few tricks here and there. As someone who loves to take a posture or concept and just work it out on my own, this was a great, simplistic view of his turtle formula. One thing I'm not sure about is that "offense" is in the title, but everything shown was reactive, and almost entirely defensive.
