  In this instructional I learn how to ankle pick in a way that fits easily into my game. Great details and very good set ups which help me as an older guy to take down some of the younger athletes in our gym. So I highly recommend this instructional.

• Ankle Pick as an attack and set up - excellent breakdowns and combinations

  Professor A. B. provided another great instructional lead by his clear path given through explaining the main types of ankle picks first. Second explaining the mechanics of the ankle pick(s) and then going into different finishes and set ups form all major spots and linking them with dominant positions like knee on belly mount and submissions out of this like his signature technique the high ellbow guillotine. Detailed and on point and creating a valuable over all = big picture and concept. Highly recommend even for slower guys!

• Pratical and Comprehensive

  I am a big fan of Aaron Benzrihem Instructions. The techniques are well-organized, practical, and comprehensive. After watching the instructional once, I have already been able to score some ankle picks in class. I decided to try ankle picks because I got tired of being sprawled on for single and double-leg takedowns. I was afraid that I would not be explosive enough at forty-six years old, but I am still finding success. In the future, I will buy anything with his name on it. Keep coming out with instructions, please.
