  even if you are good at leg locks or have an idea he breaks things down very simply and for sure you are going to find good details that are gonna help, not just your leg locks but your defense and back takes also. Breaks down the concepts of attacking and the defense together in a way that makes sense and teaches you both and also shows some cool bolos to tie it all together .
