not quite 40 yet
I'm approaching 40 and having practiced BJJ for 5 years km finding Im having to adapt my game to keep up these days. this instructional was a treasure trove of tips and decent length!

SO I'm no where NEAR finished with Prof Bidwell's course... keep pressing rewind. This is DENSELY packed with value. I paid full price for this gem and got everything I needed by 30 mins in, but there's so much more. As a 55 year old Purple Belt that's a veteran Black Belt as a striker... I appreciate Mike breaking it down for us "old folks". But look here... an 18 year old would be smart to pick this up too... 'coz he won't always be 18 but he CAN be awesome right now using these moves and concepts :-) Anyway, AWESOME job. Put me down for 5 stars or more. Thanks, Mike!

Professor Mike is a brilliant instructor. I really like his teaching style and have watched his BJJ over 40 instructional many times. This one is probably his best work to date. Really easy to understand and useful stuff. All easy and adaptable for those over 40 for sure :). Thanks again Professor for an amazing instructional! Going to tell all my BJJ buddies about it!!
