• Fantastic resource for white belt

  I am a white belt that has trained for 2 months and I have to say, this instructional has shown me more helpful information than the two months at my club has. It covers the basic moves but with adjustments that I haven’t seen from anyone else. The way he talks makes it easy to hear and understand. Very good and worth the money for me.
