• Great information

  I'm currently a blue belt with a few stripes and working my way to the next step in the journey. This has been a really good resource. Good techniques, but focusses more on multiple attacks that chain together from each position. The idea is to see and think more on possible systems rather than single techniques. Really good. My only criticism is that the video and audio quality are slightly sub-par (lots of echoe). And, this video is also not viewable through the BJJ Fanatics app. Only in the browser.

  I have looked around for resources for BJJ training videos, but found that many places require monthly memberships to gain access, which is a problem for me since I like to review the techniques at a slower pace, as well as watch them again and again to get it down.
