  it's a masterclass, really long, on being inside the closed guard. the only comparable is the one of Professor Akins - they're both great, with different visions and strategies. it's nice to have such a comparable on a basic situation. really enjoyed it.

  Excellent instructional - there are a lot of parts/volumes but most are pretty short and easy to digest. Galvao is an excellent instructor with a great track record of training champions so you are in safe hands. I particularly love the handcuff pass and submission - can’t wait to try it in my next roll

  Getting stuck in closed guard is a common problem, at least for me. I have incorporated some of the simplest concepts from this video in my rolls and it has made an an incredible difference. Working on others. This is knowledge it would take years to gain on your own.
