Craig's 'Power' series are all great... highly recommend!
Great instructional with great new concepts
Added confidence in fighting from bottom. A thorough explanation of how to create constant dilemmas of standing up and creating scramble opportunities without giving up points or sub danger.
Works
Awesome instructional full of different ideas when it comes to training your guard in jiu-jitsu
The turtle section is gold!
Helped me see the game differently. Great video
Solid instructional, I really cool stuff, really enjoyed the reverse z and turtle sections!
Reverse Z changed my game. There are also tons of great details about other positions.
Perfect overall Bottom Gameplan
This instructional lays a great foundation for a modern guard
Craig explains the material very well and is easy to follow along with. A lot of great content!
One of the only guard instructional that goes over (in depth) posture as it relates to grappling overall, not just bjj. If you don't already wrestle from bottom, you need this desperately and even if you do it will help with the details.
Now I'm a power bottom. All glory to our Lord and Savior, Craig Jones.
Bought it for Craig jones power bottom stuff, ended up getting better at BJJ. Who would have ever thought. Great instructional!
great instructional showing some awesome stuff from craig using the b team philosophy, would highly recommend especially for anybody working wrestle ups
Great instructional video !
I always thought strong finishes from the bottom were all about hard, thrusting hips. After this instructional I found out how to be a tender, supple guard player. Can’t thank Craig enough for showing us all how it’s done “down under.”
This is very good content. Craig Jones is quickly becoming an innovator of the sport.
One of my favourite instructionals. I think it is very innovative. Craig is a very good teacher. #fuckcraigjones
Great content well explained.
First off Craig Jones is super foxy. I am secure enough in my manhood to say his tight shorts make my shorts tight. Secondly, his Jiu-Jitsu is almost the best, so if you want to be pretty good at getting up, this is the tutorial for you. The penultimate grappler has almost nailed it once again.
This is easily the 2nd best instructional I have ever seen on no gi open guard
Yeah pretty hot instructional, started watching and Alex Jones started looking into me
