Great for building robustness
A great resource for building a strong, mobile, and robust body for BJJ. Amazing knowledge to help you offset/reduce injuries.
Great training insights. Really enjoy
Great training insights. Really enjoy the workouts. I can do all the sessions and still train jiu jitsu 3 times a week and feel good. My mobility is already improving. They have a great podcast too.
Great stuff
Great stuff to help prevent injury in a sport where it can happen at any moment.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Excellent!
Very Good and thorough program, important to play close attention to the details. Love these strengthening videos on BJJ fanatics, goes hand in hand.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:bullet proof!
great strenghting exercisesto prevent injury, will need a kettle bell and barbell for the bigger equipment, some are body weight and some require a band
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great technical breakdowns for fundamental exercises
Honestly I don't even think you need to be a BJJ practitioner to get benefits from this product, the explanation of the techniques for strength and mobility exercises is incredibly good, I've done a lot of fitness programs and the technical breakdowns here are some of the best I've ever seen without getting overly complicated or drawn out. They break down exactly what you need to focus on to execute the exercises properly and what you need to avoid doing. Great fundamental exercises if you want to improve your strength and your mobility/flexibility, not just for BJJ but I think it could be a great supplement if you are already following a general strength program and/or mobility program, you can get some other great mobility exercises that are not that easy to find, and also improve your technique on the fundamental exercises for building strength and muscle at a home gym or on a big professional gym, using free weights or bodyweight with equipment such as gymnastic rings and a pull up bar. A good foundation is great and this program will help you get there.

very improve my strength
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Fantastic
I really like this series so far; prehab and rehab are so important in BJJ, and I like that they focus on strength training and mobility, and that they tie their mobility work to BJJ classes. clear explanations, good program.
Bulletproof for BJJ
Love the warmups and mobility exercises. A fan of the Bulletproof crew!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great product
I am seeing progress that I didn’t realize was possible with exercising this way.
Bulletproofing my body!
Not being on the young side for BJJ I was starting to suffer niggling injuries from a lack of conditioning. I've been doing this programme for a month now and whilst challenging I am definitely seeing results. My niggling injuries are not as persistent and I feel more athletic on the mats. Great programme!
Quality product
Quality product. Good demonstrations and program. Most of the information is fairly common knowledge but professional and well thought out product overall
Great
There are a lot of exercises i haven't seen before or have done in a different way. Especially the stretching exercises i now use before and after the training.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:So far so good. Been
So far so good. Been doing the program for a few weeks. I enjoy the Bulletproof podcast and have always wanted to include strength training with my BJJ. It's a good mix of mobility and weight exercises. I am already seeing results.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:I needed this!
I’ve always been a gym guy but the traditional heavy weight low rep guy. In my jitsu I moved like said individual. Bulletproof has added a degree of flexibility and sport specific strength I was looking for. I’m blessed to have found this, my partners, not so much.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Awesome dvd
Love the in depth instruction and the plan to grow basic to complex movements for bjj great work
Good integration of multiple modalities
Like the workouts and instructions. Like others have said it would be nice to have a accompanying pdf showing the overall program.
The only thing I’d ask
The only thing I’d ask for would be a downloadable pdf with a workout plan laid out showing what a week would look like or lay out the 12 week plan.
Incredie repertoire
It's amazing how this app has the best of the best uploading their courses, very good app
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Thank you bulletproof
I appreciate the expertise and information. I’ve began incorporating the stretch in to my routine. Just started bjj in May so I feel blessed so start this routine early in my bjj life. I’m 36 though so extra flexibility will really help me out. I enjoy the podcast as well
