Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Great program
I was out from BJJ for a year after ACL surgery. Used this in conjuction with Knees over toes guy to get back on the mats. Love the kettlebell programing and the mobility routines. I really enjoy the blog and podcast for advice on training volume.

Just ok! Not a ton of content or alternative exercises.
Awesome DVD
For staying limber and developing functional strength for BJj, this set is by far the best for remaining injury free or recuperating!
Great for beginners
Great for beginners as they give lots of great exercises that help build your BJJ game while incorporating PT principles. If you have ever gone through PT or have studied fitness, dont bother.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:+1::skin-tone-2:Great Information
I like the way they explain everything and the format is clear. Some really great exercises and stretches!
