Classic CACC
Was skeptical about the video because its dubbed but turned out to be a very informative series! 100% worth the price. Simple takedowns shown clearly and explained in perfect detail.

I trained at Yuko Miyato's gym while I was in Japan for several months and wanted review what I had learned. This covers almost everything I learned while I was there. Now I can practice these at with my training partners back home

This is great content for anyone looking to improve their stand up game for grappling. Lots of good information. The translation is clear and I did not find the language barrier to be a problem.
Cool and effective throws
Nice overview of different throws/takedowns less common to bjj. I only wish they were demonstrated at full speed after being shown slowly so I could know what they look like in a more live situation.
Simple and efficient takedowns

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:CACC Fundamentals
Yuko Miyato is one of the best Japanese coaches of CACC. Student of the Great Billy Robinson, and UWFI great Miyato shows the fundamentals of CACC with a Japanese influence.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:The fundamentals of catch wrestling
Yuko Miyato, a student of the legendary wrestlers Billy Robinson and Lou Thesz, gives a solid rundown on the fundamentals of catch wrestling. Miyato covers footwork, takedowns, defensive moves and controlling your opponent. Submissions and pins are also covered but this instructional focuses more specifically on catch wrestling's unique takedowns. Highly recommended for submission grapplers looking to improve their stand-up game.

Highly recommended CACC instructional. Covers all the fundamentals in a clear and concise manner.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Solid CACC basics!
A good video on fundamental Catch Wrestling techniques. As advertised in the title, it's focused mostly on takedowns, but there is a little bit of mat wrestling work as well - focused a bit more on pins than on submissions. The video was filmed in Japanese with an English voiceover translation overdubbed - I strongly prefer this approach to the live translation approach used in Sakuraba's videos with Bernardo Faria and Craig Jones. I would love to see a followup in the future!
Response from BJJ FanaticsThanks! :hugging:
