• Good Chokes, camera too far away

  Chokes are nice. But idk they filmed this with the camera so far away. It's hard to see the finishing mechanics. My favorite part is when Jeff gets mad at his Uke for choking him a little too hard in the first video and they didnt edit it out.

• No joke, great choke instructional

  Jeff Glover was always one of the most creative minds in BJJ and his game was often almost some sort of artistry. He expresses his art of choking with a lot of easy to understand details but with a lot of knowledge and mastery in it.

• Helped my game

  Jeff Glover breaks down chokes with fine intricate details to help secure the finish. I learned a lot of specific details to fine tune a lot of my chokes. Jeff Glover does an excellent job of breaking down the chokes and providing drills for them. I'm not sure why more schools don't do these. We're just so focused on sweeps and passing the guard.
