  Pat does a great job highlighting what's important for the body lock. Although he does go into details on the body lock in his Greco instructional, he goes into more details in this one. Most of this transfers to Jiu-Jitsu and MMA.

  Pat is very good at explaining the various moves he is demonstrating and pointing out important details along the way. His philosophy of initiating the action, but not forcing anything, and instead developing a string of counters to every defense is useful in every grappling sport.
