Worth picking up
I love this for the details and instruction that I don't always get otherwise.
Very helpful
Good video on the clinch/body lock. Pat teaches in a clear manner and has helped me develop a better understanding of the position.
Great video

Pat is a high level Greco Roman champion
Pat is a high level Greco Roman champion and explains clinch techniques which are definitely applicable to nogi bjj. Concepts are universal and will help up your wrestling. Able to get this one free, but I would recommend it to all

Very detailed and allows for a better takedown experience during rolls.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great concepts and techniques! Easy to understand!
Very detailed, but easy to understand information. This would benefit a beginner who has never wrestled before, but there's also some great details that an experienced wrestler would be able to benefit from as well. Very generous offer from BJJ Fanatics to have this available for $0.00 at the time when I added it to my library. Thank you!

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Wrestling minus takedows
I like standup wrestling and footsweeps, but I don't like takedowns at all. As such this is very well suited to my game.

Really hope to add this to my no-gi game
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Very useful guide
It's fantastic to have a wrestling guide which does not focus on singles and doubles - this is a must for all older or taller practitioners who want to have a "natural" stand-up game
