  This is a fantastic instructional for beginners, but I also think more experienced BJJ practitioners can get a lot out of it. The instructional takes you step by step from guard pulling into different positions, attacks, and submissions. Everything is explained and demonstrated very clearly, making it easy to understand, follow along with, and actually practice during your training sessions. What I really appreciate is the logical structure and the way the techniques are broken down. Even if you’re relatively new to BJJ, the material feels accessible without being overly simplistic. Overall, the combination of clear explanations, detailed demonstrations, and a practical approach makes this a very valuable instructional for me. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their collar sleeve guard!
