  Professor Fabio Gurgel did another great job within this series of coral belt concepts. He ex-plains in depth why and how to bring your opponent's lower back to the mat and why and how to twist your opponent's spine to break his structure. He teaches this principles out of different scenerios and demonstrates this principles using the kneecut pass as well as the side smash pass to sidecontorol and straight to the mount when the opportunity is given easy. It elevated my understanding of half guard passing in particular and about jiu jitsu in general a lot!! Highly recommend!
