  Very good product. Detailed, well explained, easy to follow. Mr. Deblass is articulate, gives many examples and reasons why deep half is a very good technique for all but especially for older athletes. I highly recommend this product for everyone who plays half guard, because knowing deep half is a must if you want to step up your game. And Mr. Deblass’ video is a good way to learn deep half.
