Mind-Blowing Detail To Revolutionise Your Grappling Game
I got this after loving Bane's other instructional on leg rides and hammerlocks, but I could not be prepared for just how good Dominant Positions, Brutal Submissions could be. Right from the first technique, it left me open-mouthed. Joel shows positions and submissions you'll be familiar with if you've grappled for a bit but reveals how to make it 10x more effective. The devil is truly in the detail. The depth he shows to a submission that you may have found 'might' go on eventually into a devastating submission in seconds with an inch of movement is incredible. This tutorial is a game-changer. I also like how he shows what to do if someone defends a position/submission attempt and how to take advantage of that.

Excellent Instructional As Always
Coach Bane has knocked it out of the park with this one. He is extremely detailed, making sure to address the finer points of each position, leading to very tight and successful submissions. He also has no problem telling it like it is...some subs that he knows just aren't high-percentage, and he doesn't waste your time by showing those. As Coach Bane says, "If it's flash, it's trash!" I have a short list for Catch Wrestling training instructional videos, and Coach Bane is always at the top of that list. The man know his stuff, and more importantly, he can teach it to YOU. Definitely a must have for serious Catch students.
Excellent material
I've been a massive fan of coach Bane for a while through the material he puts out on social media. His previous Leg Riding and Hammerlock instructional made more of an impact on my rolling and submissions than any other. This instructional is even better.

Coach Bane takes the time to educate you on each step in the catch wrestling :wrestlers::male_sign: techniques. As you drill the techniques in repetition, your muscle memory and connection retains the movements. This is a great investment you can use to supplement your self defense training and build your confidence in tournaments.

Joel’s instruction is both very detailed and clearly explained, changing viewing angles on the spot when a key detail needs to be shown. He gets right to the point while being entertaining. Every minute of the instructional needs to be watched in order to not miss something, no time is wasted. In my opinion, the versions of techniques that he shows are the most effective you’re going to find; every single submission shown requires almost no movement and very little effort to finish once set up correctly. Hard to argue with that! This is a fantastic instructional on side control attacks and I will be purchasing other instructionals Joel puts out.
