  While its fundamental, the stuff Craig reviews is pure gold. The only thing I believe can be improved is the audio. I understand wearing a mic would be annoying to the end user, but possibly a boom mike would be better in these scenarios.

• Great fundamental escapes from Graig Jones!

  Craig Jones in such an excellent instructor! I think most techniques show in this instructional are pretty "basic", but these are the fundamentals that work and Craig teaches them in excellent detail. The teaching is efficient, straight to the point and I've been able to successfully implement a lot of these in my own rolling.

  Money well spent! White belts, get this ASAP. conceptual and technical approach to teaching survival and escapes from common pins in jiujitsu taught by the sexiest man in BJJ today! Need i say more? seriously, craig Is straight to the point and competition-tested, content is solid. Minor gripe is the audio, could be improved but all in all a solid, must have instructional. MUST HAVE!
