Most cost effective instructional I ever got
Eoghan’s insight into the butterfly half guard is on full display in this instructional. The movements and techniques are easy to take in and implement. The only dilemma you have is whether to watch it on your phone or the website!
amazing
great insights and to the point on how to play a modern game
Rare Half Butterfly gem for half guard, butterfly guard and leglock lovers. There is something for everyone to add to their game. Great instructional that shows you the secrets of his game-plan and modern approuch to this great position for which there are not many tutorials. Recomend!
Being in this postion alot the upper and lower body dilema for your partner has allowed me to have a way more success in entering subs as opposed to just sweeping.
Prior to this instructional I never used the half butterfly and always opted for a traditional half guard. This definitely added a layer to my game that a lot of competitors don't know how to counter.
The best part is the very last chapter.
Great instructional , very good details on how to add to your game
Very useful instructional that is allowing me to explore more attacks from the half butterfly and develop a better understanding of offensive and defensive responses and responsibilities.
I’ve been delving more into the half butterfly and Eoghans work is great - defo more of contemporary approach but this is where the game is at…
Flanogan is an excellent teacher and in this instructional he shows proper entries and how to play the half butterfly guard. It is excellent for getting into leg locks. He shows you how to sweep. What a good instructional, yes I recommend this .
Really interesting views and insights on a with fresh details and different perspectives on one of the most loved guard positions. Great add on if you already watched Marcelo Garcias and Adam Wardzinksis instructionals
Pretty happy with this. Some good details around attacking the near and far arm, and the legs.
Exchange does a great job in explaining the high low dilemma that his game entails and the details on the different scenarios make it feel like there's always an answer
Great new concepts for Butterfly half. Especially the footpost instead of Butterflyhook is really interesting
Love this instructional. Get it if you are a leglocker or half guard player.
Could use more camera angles.
Amazing instructional and all techniques have been easy to implement and work!
additional details that help add to, or fill in the gaps of other half guard instructionals from craig, grodon etc
Ok I couldn’t understand everything he said but what a slick game our boy has. Fits like glove..couldn’t imagine a better basic bottom players game. Go Eogman!
So much good stuff in here that Gordon doesn't cover in his Attacking from Half Guard DVD. Arm saddle/Choi bar details are legit.
Get it haha, in honesty it's great having the half butterfly position codified in a concise way 10/10 would recommend for any filthy guard pullers
Really great options to half guard, found some stuff to use in my game!
If you want you understand his adcc run, this one’s a must.
