Leg attacks were a huge problem in my game. Craig makes it super easy to follow along, understand the movements, and most importantly understand the concepts of leg attacks. I’ll be studying this series for the next several months to come!

Very Easy to understand. Craig goes over every technique quite thoroughly. It’s also a lot cheaper than some of the other instructional that are available. I Hopefully will be able to use some of these techniques on the mat when more clubs open up.

Anything you can learn from Craig Jones is a big PLUS to your game. It is so important to have a well ground game and we learn hundreds of guard and submission techniques but once to get to Brown belt and above you better have a great leg attack game or you will be done. Love this instructional. A MUST HAVE !! OSS
