Another solid instructional
Love Shawn Williams' instructionals. This and his body lock instructional have been very helpful for me this past year. Both have helped with improving my passing and not getting swept.
One of my favorites
I have a massive collection of instructional’s including all of Danahers and most of Gordon Ryan’s as well as many others. This is probably my favorite. Unless you are already on a really high level these will take a lot of practice. At first I just selected a few that seemed most pertinent and studied those but eventually I decided to go thru the whole thing and learn them all. Eventually your legs will start to develop an independence from the upper body and you will start to see (feel) opportunities to win the lower leg battle all over the place. A real eye opening game changer. Can’t recommend it enough.
