Shawn Williams is the man
I was lucky enough to do a Near Side Underhook passing seminar with Shawn in Tampa. Wanted to get the video to support him and have a reference to key details of this system. He's one of the best teachers I've been luck enough to learn from. The instructional is exactly what I was hoping for. Great stuff here.

S.W. is an amazing instructor! This is the best leg pummeling I have ever seen! He breaks legwork down into very guided steps so that leg pummeling changes from just swinging your legs over your opponents limbs into how to guide your legs over and on top of your opponents limbs to get out the best benefit of it. The add on of the perspective fRead more about review stating True Treasurerom above on top of the scenarios is amazing too. The body lock instructional is exactly the same in terms of angles and instructions. He teaches you concepts technique by technique. Highly recommend!

These two instructional’s are great together. The body lock passing system is one that I recently started using, an it works great. The leg pummeling part has helped tremendously along with the body lock. This is great for all levels a must have.
