Great high level and fundamental techniques, maybe not for everyones build but if you're in the shorter stockier range this is a good resource for you
I don't know much about Dan but I've picked up a few of his instructionals based on this one because the amount of information and quality instruction you get from him is immense for the price. I've found them really useful
