There is no better breakdown of a control system for back control than what John Danaher gives you. It's explained thoroughly and with plenty of detail.
in usual John Dananher fashion we get the ultimate deep dive with some overlapping principles for the Armbar or Juji gatame.
this man is the wizard. when he speaks, I listen. just watching and taking notes on days I can't train and I can implement these methods into my rolls.
Great instructional! My finishing game is poor compared to my defensive game but I have been tapping everyone with a high elbow and arm in. Definitely worth the investment
John Danaher has a way of breaking down the technique into bite sized information that results in that "ah ha" moment where you finally get why a certain thing is done in a certain way. Amazing teacher.
I like how he goes through every tiny detail.
GREAT
Excellent series so far. I am very impressed with the back system and have been working it with our team for over a month now. Look forward to watching the rest of the series this year and applying the concepts.
100% worth the investment
This bundle is absolutely worth every penny. I've watched a sampling of every set and its just all jam-packed with key details and techniques that made my game get much much better pretty quickly. The back, kimura, and leg lock series are especially fantastic! 10/10!
I love these videos because they are not just a collection of moves. Rather, they are a comprehensive system that incorporates both the theory behind a move and how to deal with a resisting opponent. These instructional will give you a solid foundation and will provide you with YEARS of content. Once I switched to studying systems rather than specific techniques, my BJJ dramatically improved.
This is the Best of Danaher's work, out of many fine pieces. A must have
Great structure and in depth explanations. John Danaher demonstrates a mastery of all the basics of control. Worth getting the full package. Every position is analysed thoroughly and presented in a very logical way. Enter the system is exactly what it says, a system. You don't need to know everything, but by understanding the system and the way it affects both bodies (you and your partner), you can learn an effective way to practice Jiu Jitsu. Keep in mind, there is more than 40 hours of video... take some notes ! I'm looking forward to practice the things I've learned when I get back on the mats after my injury. Thank you Mr. Danaher for this great content, this whole series is a blessing to us who wish to understand Jiu Jitsu. It's helping me a lot during these hard times.
I have downloaded a lot of videos from Danaher and others, and this is the best content and the best value of all of them (not detracting from the others though)
John Danaher killed it in this incredible 6 system of power video instructional. The video quality is great, he does and more than excellent job breaking down everything. I mean it's crystal clear instructions , very easy to follow but more than that. The why, how, and when is like no other. He is truly one of the but instructors and professors in the game of jiu-jitsu....highly highly recommend
You think you know and then John happens. While watching his instructionals you just keep watching with open mouth and the way he sees things and does different things than everybody else… he knows and he knows how to teach. This man is on a whole different level than anyone i have ever seen and i think i have almost 50 dvd’s…
I am missing the back attacks and the Kimura. Once I am have completed the material I am on currently I will certainly be picked these other two gems up. I don't care what anyone says, Danaher gives great information and the wordiness just comes from preemptive feedback. If you were to get a private from him, these are the same tips you would hear. Plus, you can always speed it up. Love this content-for me, it is the best way to consume the technique.
Love the way John explains the conceps. Its really worth the money and you will watch it over and over again because of the density of details.
Enter the System is fanatic! The John explain technique immediately connects with me, I have a sense of kinaesthetic connection while watching his instructions. It has vastly improved my techniques, Kimura, Front Headlock, Leg Attacks, Back Attack, Arm Bar, but mostly Triangle which I had pretty much given up on. Now Triangles are possibly the strongest part of my game. From worst to best!
While each of the systems could be studied apart and be of great value, I find the best way to apprehend the whole system is by getting the whole bundle. ETS is easily the best product in the whole bjjfanatics gallery.
Excellent series, and well worth the price.
Top notch
Fantastic dvds
Ting was sick
