Best half guard dvd out there
I own tons of half guard dvds. It’s my main game. This is, hands down, in my top three. Depending on the day, maybe the best one.

This was the first video I ever purchased from Bjjfanatics a few years ago. It is still one of my favorites. Lots of great details and covers many aspects of half guard. I especially love the sweeps, I incorporated as much as I could remember into my game for tournaments and it paid off. I got out of bottom position in a few matches and these pivotal moments helped my tournament success at blue belt. Many of the techniques in here are a permanent part of my game as half guard is safe for my knees.

I often use half guard and wanna improve my skills more. This video taught me some simple but useful technique. Iwasaki tells me some precision details for half guard retentions, keep guard from pass and sweeps . Especially, bridge sweeps are very impressive! I love it.

Iwasaki San was my first instructor when I started, he's gone on to smooth out what was already a lethal and well respected game from back then. This is a great instructional for all body types.

i have been following masahiro iwasaki's tutorials for quite a while and this dvd makes my game more complete as i play the same half / deep half guard. My techniques and guard had become more solid after watching and learning from this DVD!

The entire material is very well structured and it's easy to adjust techniques to anyones personal needs. Even the first volume provides quite important details on how to make your half-guard stronger and maintain the retention. Sweeps are very easy to implement and they do not require any extra physicality or flexibility.
